Leduc County is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Grader Operator to join our team. Reporting to the Foreman – Grader Operators, this exciting opportunity operates graders to maintain county roads and municipal infrastructure. The Grader Operator is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

A high school diploma, a valid Class 3 Alberta Driver’s License and three (3) years of motor grader experience.
A Class 1 Alberta Driver’s License and familiarity with County operations and knowledge of rural communities are assets.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of between $29.50 - $36.87 municipal pension plan, three-weeks vacation allocation, and an employer-paid comprehensive benefits package.
The opportunity is permanent full-time and is 40 hours per week scheduled Monday to Friday, with some extended hours to meet operational requirements. The office is located at 101-1101 5 St. Nisku, AB.
